Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers for an additional fee. Please provide your flight details when making a reservation so we can coordinate your pickup. Alternatively, you can take bus line 1A which stops near our cathedral.

Sadly, we do not offer breakfast at this time. However, there are many great cafes and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. Our staff will be happy to recommend some local favorites.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows, the first night's stay will be charged. During peak seasons, different cancellation policies may apply.

While we don't have private parking, there is secure paid parking available nearby at the Grand Hotel Prishtina (7-minute walk) and several public parking lots in the area. Street parking is also available but can be limited during peak hours.
